About Cooking with Class: Cooking With Class is a leading provider of culinary education for novice, intermediate and advanced cooks. Nanci Wokas, Chef and proprietor of Cooking With Class has been a culinary arts teacher in the San Francisco Bay Area for the last twelve years. Having working in and around the culinary field for much of her life, Nanci is well versed in all areas of the culinary arts. Cooking with Class dedicates itself in providing its students and customers with up to date and informative culinary programs. Classes and curriculum are based on technique driven principals. This allows our students and customers the ability to understand the true fundamentals of cooking and to then be able to apply these methods to all levels of cooking. We believe once a client understands the basic fundamentals of cooking the experience will be easier and become a much more rewarding experience.
